Profits of Union Investments Co declined in the first half of 2014 by 4.87% to JOD 785.3 thousand compared with JOD 5.19 million in the first half of 2013.

Earnings per share this year hit JOD 0.012 against JOD 0.11 in the first half of the last year.

According to the company’s financial statements, sales declined to JOD 26 million in the first half from JOD 36 million in the same period of 2013.

The company’s profits declined also in the second quarter this year to JOD 319.8 thousand against JOD 4.8 million in the second quarter last year.
